Andria and Daniel are a power combo. Andria is a clear and proactive communicator. She answered questions before I could ask them and helped to keep me organized throughout the entire shopping and purchasing process. Daniel is a powerful negotiator and was able to get us a home with equity at the time of purchase along with all our "requests" after inspection. Neither of them are pushy or salesy or created pressure to buy at any point. They were patient with us and highly responsive via text and email. We were buying this home long-distance and they both went to the property multiple times to check things for us. They sent follow-up videos and pictures of anything we asked. Because Daniel has a background in building, he is extra knowledgeable with questions regarding the physical aspects of the home. They were also willing to do additional research about the neighborhood for us and even guided us to the right services for basic things like utilities that needed to be set up for closing.
