Voucher recipients welcome. Landlord will work with residents in the Dallas Housing Authority and Dallas County Housing programs to help secure your new home. Landlord will accept 50 percent of one month’s lease rate as the security deposit, and deposit can be split over two payments to help with upfront moving expenses. This landlord owns six units, all of which can be found online. 3833 Walnut 201, 9811 Walnut 207, 9811 Walnut 201, 9813 Walnut 302, 9835 Walnut 204, and 7126 Holly Hill 210. Upon an accepted lease, all units will have granite countertops installed prior to move in. Each unit will come with washer and dryer as well. All units are second-floor units, and come with an assigned parking space. This home features an open kitchen to living and dining areas. Living room has vaulted ceilings and fireplace, and patio. Ensuite bedroom with bath and stack washer and dryer. The community features two large pools. One parking spot, #G3. $49 application fee per each adult over the age of 18. Pets may be considered on a case by case basis. No more than two dogs. No more than 40 pounds each No aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls and Rotweillers. Any violations of the HOA rules and regulations that results in fines to an owners account will be assessed to tenant.
