About Daniel Sirka
Daniel Sirka's love of real estate started long before his first listing. Born and raised in the former Yugoslavia, the son of an architect, Daniel grew up around blueprints and building sites and went on to study architecture and civil engineering himself. When unrest in the region brought him to the United States, he carried that training with him — and eventually turned it into a different way of practicing real estate. As broker and owner of Sirka Real Estate, Daniel doesn't just help clients buy and sell homes in the Dallas–Fort Worth area; he helps them understand what they're buying. His technical background means he evaluates a property the way a builder would — structure, systems, and long-term value — while his approach to clients is famously patient: honest answers over sales pitches, education over pressure. That approach shows in the results. Daniel and his wife Andria run Sirka Real Estate as a family business, and the vast majority of their clients come by referral — many returning again and again over more than a decade.
